Summer Conference Leisure Activity Registration
FPMA has just the prescription to reduce stress and inject some fun during the FPMA 2024 Summer Conference: a full lineup of leisure activities. Some of these activities require pre-registration and cost a fee, while others are free and do not require pre-registration. These leisure activities are available to registered FPMA 2024 Summer Conference attendees and their guests as well as FPMA 2024 Summer Conference Exhibitors.

 | Join us for the official kick off of the FPMA 2024 Summer Conference on the Belvedere Terrace at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort beginning at 6:00 p.m. Wind down and enjoy libations and light hors d'oeuvres in the lush tropical setting all while catching up with FPMA friends and colleagues. This event is sponsored by BakoDx.  | Calling golfers of all skill levels! Join us for a Closest to the Pin & Putting Competition on the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort Royal Palm Courtyard beginning at 1:30 pm. Buy one ball or a whole bucket and put your putting skills to the test. At $1.00/ball it’s all for fun with proceeds being donated to FPMS student scholarships. The winner of this competition will be announced during lectures on Sunday. | Get hands-on experience under the instruction of the talented Hyatt Regency bartenders and learn how to mix perfect and unique cocktails. Impress your friends with your newly acquired bartending skills and learn to serve up the season’s trendiest cocktails like a pro. Recipes provided. Class begins at 1:30 p.m. in the Mangroves Bar; allow for up to 1 1/2 hours.  | Between the hawks, osprey, and deer and the lush native plantings everywhere you look, Saltleaf Golf Preserve brings a whole new meaning to “keep your eye on the ball.” Now open on the site of the former Raptor Bay Golf Club, Saltleaf Golf Preserve is sure to level up everyone’s game. There will be a shotgun start beginning at 12:30 p.m., with players playing nine (9) holes.  | Nothing says summer like a good old-fashioned cornhole competition! As you may have already noticed, cornhole has become a widely popular backyard sport over the years, and if you have tuned into ESPN recently, chances are you have probably seen it reach a level of popularity you never thought possible. Pick a partner and team up for this challenge. If you are a mentor, ask your mentee to join you for this event. Friendly competition between teams from different components is also encouraged. The Cornhole Tournament of Champions will take place in the Royal Palm Courtyard.
